well when i brake it doesnt make a diff it just loud when i drive or put the car into gear to start driving . I had the front brake pads replaced. when u say lube the parts what parts r u talking about . my neighbor put my pads on for me . i took my tires off last night and the caliper seem to be tight on both sides. i putg the car into drive while it was jacked up is both hubs suppose to turn or just one . the hub on driver side turned manually. the passenger side when i turned it manually it was kind of hard and it sounded like it may need to be lubed

What happens when you apply the brakes? Does the sound stop, continue, get worse...? Were the brakes done on all 4 wheels, or just 2? Front or rear? Just new pads/shoes, or calipers, rotors, drums, brake cylinders replaced? Sorry for all the ?, but the more info, the more accurate the answer.

It sounds like to me the pads are draging on the rotor. when you stop the pads stay tuching the rotor. so if you had it done profesonally take it back. if you did it you self get some brake lube and aplay it on any moving parts

I hear a loud grinding noise when i drive my car

Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

1996 dodge neon grinding sound

Does is sound like a loud humming / buzzing sound ? If so it could be the bearing.

Can you describe the sound in more detail? Is it constant ? Does it change if the car is turning to the left or right ?

Grinding noise from front wheel, sounds like it might be the wheel bearings

Is the car driving different than usual or have you notice uneven tire wear? If not the problem is probably not bearings.Does the noise get louder when applying the brakes then your front brake pads might be wore to metal. It might even be that a rock is caught inside the pad and just needs to be removed.
