What's causing my 2001 hyundai accent to be noisy when moving on the driver side front wheel?

It could be the disc brake pads telling you they need to be replaced.

When turning right in my 98 deville makes a ticking sort of metal on metal noise.

Could be a brake pad, or a wheel bearing.
If the sound is a little "heavy", it could be the left CV joint.
My car made a clicking sound like that , it was a bent shield around the back of the brake rotors. I remember bending it when I changed a tire.
Also you could see if the brake "Wear indicator" could be hitting the rotor.
Hope this helps.

Buzz sound on driver side wheel

check wheel bearings for condition and adjustment. Check brake pad for thickness as there is a small metal strip that runs on the disc rotor when the pads are low and you may be hearing this

I went and got new tires they told me I needed a link pin replaced on the front passenger wheel. It is now grinding when I make a hard right turn. I do not see a part named that do you know what that would...

Did they replace the "link" pin? In the front...the only thing that is a "link" are the swaybar end links, would not be in the way of the tires though. But these need to be replaced as a whole, cannot replace just the pins. Are the tires rubbing or is it a metal to metal sound? If the tires are oversized, could be rubbing against the upper ball joint. If it's metal to metal, it could be many things. If they replaced the end link, make sure they put the correct one on, the right is for the right, the left is for the left, if switched, it will bend and rub agains the gusset right there.....been there, made that mistake.

It sounds like somethhing is grinding when going down the road, and gets worse when i make a curve in the road. Also when i come to a stop my anti lock brakes kick in on a dry road. What could this be?

Sounds like you have a wheel bearing starting to go bad. If it gets worse when you turn left than the right side is usually bad. If it gets worse when turning right than the left is usually bad. Sometimes you can jack up the vehicle and spin the wheels by hand and hear/feel the bad wheel bearing. Also sometimes you can grab the tire at the 12 and 6 position and push/pull and feel the tire move. Another indication that the wheel bearing is bad.

04 cavalier makes grinding noise in front end turn the wheel to the right grinding gets worse turn the wheel to the left grinding stops. it sounds worse at 40mph and above. what would cause this?

3 things to check:
Worn disc brake pads, grinding against the rotor.
Wheel bearing
cv joint.
You posted grinding gets worse turning to the right, the problem is the driver side wheel, but it would be best to have both wheeles checked.
