Checked three relays in fuse box. Removed 1st relay while fans were operational and one fan stopped. Removed 2nd relay while fans were operational and second fan stopped. Removed 3rd relay while fans were operational and both fans stopped. Where is the thermostat for the fans?

USUALLY IS IN LINE WITH COOLING SYSTEM. RADIATOR, UPPER/LOWER RAD, HOSES. YOU SHOULD SEE 2 WIRES GOING INTO IT, THERMOSTAT LOOKS ALMOST LIKE A SMALL BOLT.

2000 kia sportage radiator fan runs all the time

The thernister has failed. That bis the sensor that turns the fan on. when they fail they fail in the run position to protect from engine overheat. change it soon because the fan will not last long like that.

If the auxilary fan is working it will help keep the radiator cooler but only if the ac/or defrost is on. Is the radiator fan coming on when it is suppose to? Have seen issues with fan switches on these which control the radiator fan. There are 2 fan switches on the driverside of the of the head one sits horizontal and the vertical. The ones I have experienced the most issues with are the horizontal ones not signaling to turn the hi speed fan on when it is needed.

Both radiator fans on my 2002 Toyota Solara V6 run constantly

Check to see if the radiator fan relay has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Once you located the relay, (in the fuse box under the hood) Try swapping it out with another relay and see if the fans stop, if the fans stop working with the swapped relay, replace the relay. It's know for the relays when they go bad to stick and will have a close loop. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon.

Blowing fuses, abs light comes on-running lights go out.Ran fan doesn't work, something with this blows the 25 amp fuse.Usually as soon as I turn the key to the on position. Any Ideas thanks

Blown fuse means there is an increase of current due to an increase of load or a short. You may want to check the wiring harness that has the wires of those not running that you have mentioned for open circuit, corroded insulation, loose cable, ect that needs replacement and mending.

Radiator fans wont turn on to cool radiator for 2001 dodge grand caravan

To check it run wires from the positive and negative battey posts directly to the fan motor connector. If it doesn’t run the fan motor is defective.

2001 Solara fans run all the time after radiator installation.

the thermostat should be located inside the fan shroud it will be a small silver rectangular box usually @1/2" x 2" with a wire coming off of it (most models NOTE:if check engine light is on it will probably be the temp sending unit located elsewhere) however I would try to find a relay with the same numbers on it as the third one you pulled and swap the two then see if the fans stop and you will know if the relay is bad
