the globes need to be relaced. to remove the dash, pull out the ashtray, unclick the plastic arround the gear stick, then unscrew the top section above the instrument clustor and unplug the cable loom, next pull out the section arround the instrument cluster ( try not to break it) now the fun part, unscrew the disconnect the main section and remove. good luck, and be patient otherwise you will break the plastic clips. when its all back together and working, the air bag light may be on, go to mkiv.com (tech article page) and follow the steps.
