Just replace fuel pump on a 2002 lincoln continental invert 32 valve v8, and now not getting a spark to the motor

You can try resetting the inertia switch button normally located in your trunk and see that works.

Will not start

The most frequent cause is the Inertia switch. Usually in a car with Air-ride the switch is located in the trunk next to the Air-ride switch. It has a reset button.
Other styles of Inertia switches are behind the front floor kick panels. Do an Internet search for "2001 Lincoln LS Inertia switch location".
If you mean the Engine did not crank over- A common problem is a switch on the top of the brake pedal lever. Often the brake lights will not work with this defect. Press the pedal and see.
The brake pedal switch often gets hit by a drivers foot and breaks or gets repositioned.

Where is the fule pressure sensor on 1998 lincoln continental

I'm not aware of a fuel pressure sensor, you have a fuel pump relay and inertia switch that powers the pump, and a fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. If there is a fuel pressure sensor, I would think it would be on the fuel rail with the injectors.
Have you replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure with a gauge ?

Try checking the Inertia sensor in the trunk. It is on the side of the trunk next to the air suspension button. Press the top button down for 2 seconds to reset the inertia switch and try to start the car then.
