Mine had to be reset and the dealer had to obtain another card. It's looks like my library card and has the code on it. If you registered with Honda I think online you can obtain your code.

I had a card (plastic and white with printing on it) in my file that had the radio code listed on it. I also had the dealer put it on the back of a business card since a new radio & new code had to be installed because of a service bulletin. The radio face was always too warm even when no in operation. Complained about that last year and they installed a new unit (needed new code). You can call Honda if you can't find yours but I think they'll charge you for a new code. You may try the dealer first (always good to keep customers happy).

YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW THE RADIO CODE TO OPERATE RADIO AFTER YOU CHANGE BATTERY. Check your owners manual for code may be on a sticker on the radio page on in the manual. If its not there for a fee it can be retrieved by the dealer but it must be the original radio for that car. Good Luck

I have a Honda Pilot 2003 model, i changed the Battery and its displaying an Error Code on the Radio. I have the anti-theft code number, but i entered it and the problem still persist, it shows error code...

Are you sure you have the radio reset code? Look in the glove box. On the back side of the glove box door you should find a small sticker with two sets of numbers. The number set with five (5) digits is your radio reset code. Enter the numbers in order using the radio station preset buttons. If done correctly, the radio should come on instantly.

Honda accord and I have a error code on radio. How do I get it back on line. I changed the battery and it shut down.

If you did not get the radio code written down in the owner's manual when it was installed, as you should have, then you will have to take it to a place that sells that type of radio, and have it reset. It takes a tool only they have, and they don't charge for resetting the code. But then write it down, because it will happen again.

Replaced battery. Need code to reset radio. '99

You can usually find the code on the bottom side of the ash tray, if your car has one. Or you can may have to pull the radio. It should be stamped on it somewhere.

Replaced battery in 1996 Honda Accord which deactivated radio.

You need to code ..punch in code then power radio up and it will work. For a fee if its the original radio for this car the code can be retrieved by the dealer. If you entered to code incorrectly more than 4 times you will need to disconnect battery for 30 second and re-enter code. good luck and thanks for using FIX YA

Radio code

Unfortunatly the code is directly tied to the S/N of the radio. Without the serial there isn't much I can do for you. But If you are handy with a wrench and can remove the radio yourself, then I can more than likely get a code, but I too would need the S/N.

Hope this helps
