Question about 1994 Saturn Sc
I have a 1994 Saturn SC2 and the left front turn signal bulb is malfunctioning. I have been unable to figure out how you get at the bulb to replace it as it is not possible to reach it from either inside the engine compartment or from underneath. I removed the windshield washer reserve but can't get in that way. There does not appear to be a fastener on the lens that is removable. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks.
if you have high resistance in secondary ign. system (plug wires, ign.coil) this will cause this code to set. make sure you are using a high quality spark plug wire set. not from autozone!!! and denso non platinum tipped spark plugs. also use a diaelectric grease on plug wires to keep moisture out.

Try replacing the belt tensioner. Comes out easily, once you figure out access to it. Remove inspection panel inside front passenger side wheel well. Tensioner is right there, two bolts. If the spring gets weak, the belt will squeak.

remove the door handle, lift it up and you will see little plastic pins you can pull or push out. take off the mirror, look underneath the interior cosmetic mirror panel and you will find the bolts holding it on. Get a star driver and take out ALL the star head bolts holding the exterior panel onto the door. Lift the panel up and out.

Sounds like the the Bendix is bad in the starter, which pushes out the drive gear to engage the flywheel. You'll need to replace the Bendix or the starter. It's a bit tough to get to the starter, it is underneath the intake manifold.
