My 1990 Isuzu Amigo's trun signals have gone out. No dash lights, no clicking, no power at the corners when I use the lever---is it a turn signal switch gone bad?

Have u checked all fuses (under dash & in engine compartment)? there are also relays to check.
It seems more likely fuse/relay since u have no dash and no turn signals. Picking up a Chilton's or Haynes manual will help to identify the problem a bit more easier for you.
    I have a 91 amigo myself.

That little truck was my first. Be good to it. It'll be good to you.

Check the relay beneath the steering column. Mine went out, too. Try to snag an OEM one, as third-party ones tend to flash too fast.

My brake light stays on

the sensor in the handle is bad... do you have the dash mounted lever or the console (between driver and passenger seat)??

both are easy to fix...if you really feel like fixing it. My light has been on about 40,000 miles lol.
