Question about 2002 Chrysler Town & Country
Hi my name is Allen!
We can work together to fix your problem, even if it takes a few days, we will work on it until it is solve!
Here is what I need you to do first, if you have a test light, you need to check all the fuses.
1st-turn the key on, engine doesn't have to be running. with the test light find a good ground to clip it onto, then with the probe end touch it to one side of the fuse, then to the other side of the same fuse. The fuse should light up on both sides of the fuse, If it doesn't you need to replace that fuse.
NOTE: If you do not have a test light are know how to use one, drive you car to AutoZone or another auto parts store and ask them if they will check your fuses to see if one is blown.
Next; contact me here at FixYa, with what you have found. If all the fuses were good, then we will move on to the next repair procedure.
I'm honored to help, and we will work together until we have solved your problem!
