Question about 1996 Ford Thunderbird LX
Its not the alternator, I have a 96 thunderbird and i had the same
problem. its an open ground wire somewhere. Make sure your interior
lights are turning off when you shut the car off. if the ground is
touching metal they will stay on. If they dont then its probably just
barely rubbing, I pulled all my floor lights out and havent had a
problem since. you dont need to pull the accesory lights just the 4
floor lights ( 1 in each door and 2 under the panel)
