Your heater core has probably sprung a leak.does the smoke smell kinda sweet?....check the floor in the front where the floor mats are for moisture or even puddles of antifreeze.(the replacement of a heater core can be very expensive as the entire dash usually needs to be removed to access the heater core)also look under the engine near the firewall for antifreeze drips.

How do you change 1992 chev lumina heater core

if the coolant level is at the proper level and the thermostat is good then before you pull the heater core out you can try disconnecting the heater hoses and drain or blow out as much coolant out of the heater core then connect separate hoses to the spigots and fill the heater core with CLR and let it sit for an hour before draining then flush out with water and repeat if necessary this sometimes works and you won`t have to remove the heater core.

I have an 1992 chevy lumina antifreeze is leaking from the bottom of the firewall

You have a coolant leak, either in the heater core, or from the heater hose that feeds heated coolant to the core.

Can't locate block heater cord on 1992 lumina

Your car may not have a block heater, but if there were one, you could see it on the bottom front of your engine ( gotta get under car to see) and the cord , if you have a block heater should be plainly visible.

1992 lumina just changed thermostat but temp gauge showing hot and no pressure in radiator hose. also heater core may be leaking is this my problem

that would be a problem Heater core leaks because the stupid plastic nozzles they use and hoses can crack to. Then you would have low pressure. Or if new thermostat is stuck open.

1992 lumina apv smells hot, does not register hot

White smoke means water/antifreeze entering the combustion chamber(s) or intake passages. Suspect a gasket leak somewhere (tighten all intake manifold nuts and bolts). Check all radiator and heater hoses for leakage and hose condition.

Changed distributor cap and now van wont start did not have firing order . we now have correct firing order. van was possibly flooded from checking firing order. now carborator is smoking and engine wont...

I would pull the plugs and let the gas into the cylinders to dry out , you may have a hydrolock engine after putting so much gas into it , recheck the firing order to be sure is OK ususlly when you see a carb backfiring and smoking the firing order is not right

1993 lumina euro is blowing black out of tailpipe smells gas

Black smoke is unburned gas. If the car is running fine besides the black smoke, it's most likely the Coolant Temperature Sensor. The part is roughly $20 and an easy fix.

PS- I'm guessing your check engine light is on...
