Sounds like you have a bad headlamp switch. There is an internal breaker in the switch which will cause this

Where is the fule pressure sensor on 1998 lincoln continental

I'm not aware of a fuel pressure sensor, you have a fuel pump relay and inertia switch that powers the pump, and a fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. If there is a fuel pressure sensor, I would think it would be on the fuel rail with the injectors.
Have you replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure with a gauge ?

Hi i have a 2002 lincoln continental with 31000 miles car doesn't start if i use a jump starter car starts and keep running for the time you deserve i test the battery and looks fine i test alternator and...

I have a 01 Lincoln Continental that wouldnt start. After paying $69 to the repair shop they told me that the alternator and belt are working like they should but the battery wont hold a charge. I took the battery to Sears (6 month old Diehard) and after a day and a half they said the battery is good. Now the car starts each time but the lights(inside and out) all flicker and when you press the gas they flicker more? After about 5 minutes the flickering stops. What could be the problem?

Cooling fan don t turn off

You need to check the cooling fan relay to see if it is stuck on.This is the most likely reason for the fan staying on.

1996 Lincoln Continental engine shuts off

replace inertia switch in trunk first. It is designed to shut off fuel pump in an accident. It may be too sensitive.

Other possibility is the fuel pump relay near the engine computer.

Last is computer power relay since it powers the computer, and the computer operates the fuel pump relay.

report back please.

93 lincoln Continental singature series keeps stopping

May be the fuel pump relay. I had this problem with my 83 Grand Marquis. Look on the drivers side fender wall and look for 2 square relays side by side. They run about $25-35 each at Ford. I was told that they should both be replaced at the same time. One controls the electronic ignition and the other is the fuel pump relay. Hope this helps. As far as the fuel tank always reading full, I would think it is the float in the fuel tank or you have a loose wire.
