Its located under the right handside finder you will have to remove the tire to get to it or you can remove the air filter box from the top and also remove it from under there!! i have had to replace my battery twice & watched the machanic do it both ways.... good luck!!

The thermostat don't work where is it located at to put it on the 99 chrysler 300m

Jacquelin! The thermostat n a 3.5 Chrysler 300M is on the block right next to, and toward the front of the engine by the oil filter. Yes, that sems a bit strange, but then I'm not a bit surprised about this engine any more. As the big radiator hose leaves the radiator finding its' way toward the block, it terminates at a traditional "goose neck" at the block behind the power steering pump- only accessible by removing the oil filter and using an extension and a u joint BUT FIRST: lower the anti freeze in the system by draining some fluid. But anyway- THAT'S where it is. Have fun, fix it up and GO!

    99 300M low side A/C pressure

Generally, low side A/C pressure is measured by a gauge that ranges from 25psi to 45 psi when the compressor is engaged and the engine is running and the a/c is set on its coldest setting.

This is true for most cars on the road today.

Need to know what color 12 volt supply

My manual for a 99 300M shows two sources of 12 volt power to the mirror positioning switch, One is from the battery, switch terminal 11 wire M1, PK (pink). The other is from the start-run 12 volt line, switch terminal 5, wire G5 DB/WT (dark blue, white stripe). If you send me your email address to af6im at arrl dot net I can send you a scanned copy of the diagram.

    Dies at all diff times

Hello krh60, What i would suggest is opening your hood, disconnecting your battery and then cleaning the terminals. Typically when there is a bad connection (your terminals have oxidized) you may experience a dying motor. Of course there are many other solutions to this problem but this is what i suggest to start with. -Please post and let us know what you decide to do.
