My 1996 Blazer has a flat tire, and the tire iron was removed before I bought it. Where can I get a new tire iron, or what else can I use to get the spare out from underneath the car?

Any parts store will have universal tire irons and they will work better than the old one.

Those online databases do not always have selections for all options. Just go with whatever size is on the truck now if they work OK for you.

I need to take down the spare tire

along with the jack and the tire iron, there should be another metal rod that will have sort of a square, hex, or star shape on one end (this may also be part of the tire iron). with the trunk open, look along the top edge of the bumper and you should see a hole that you insert the rod into and then crank it to lower the tire out from under the car

open the drivers door... on the pillar inside the door is a sticker with the recommended tire sizes.

1996 Chevy Blazer check engine light on

More then likely its the Canister Purge Solenoid. you can find it online at www.autozone.com the part number is PV140. And to replace it on blazer you have to remove the spare tire. Alot of people don't know where this part is so I hope this helps you and good luck.
