If by "gone" you mean that the brake pads are worn, should be about $100. If by "gone" you mean that the brake discs have been damaged because the previous owner didn't change the pads in time, they are warped, grooved, or even cracked, then plan on spending between $300 and $600 to have the discs resurfaced or replaced.

Okey,I understand your story about the car

What would you like to know

What you said sounds normal, other than it
will be less expensive, to go to a local repair
shop.

You never go to a dealer, except for
warrantee work

Hand lever pulling to high

I'm assuming you are referring to the emergency break lever right? Chances are that your rear brakes are worn and need to be serviced. Inspect them and don't let them go to far or your simple pad change will turn into a costly caliper, rotor and pad repair.

I was just curious about how much to costs to change the front brakes on my exp.

That depends on where you go and what kind of pads you use. I would recommend a full ceramic only. They cost a little more but are worth it. Less wear and tear on your rotors, They dont emit the black brake dust, making your wheels look awful and there is never any squeals. Our shop will do a complete ceramic brake job, including resurfacing rotors for about 155.00

Timing Belt replacement- two recomendations by mazda manual

they are good for well over 100k. If your engine is freewheeling (that is - if belt does break, no valve will hit the psiton), I would just keep driving it until it breaks or never does.
I am driving my 93 Villager until it breaks. over 150k right now, freewheeling engine.

As for cost, about $400 is my guess.

Ask your dealer service dept if it's freewheeling. check your owner manual too.

Changing brakes mits. monero spt. 4wd 2000

it is easy to change even you can change it your just going to take off the front wheel then you will see the break panel there's a bolt holding the break pad loose it so can pull the break pad out... or more or less even a driveway mechanic can do this for less cost...

Screwed on break job?

Sound like most of your money went into his pocket. I use only the best brakes (most expensive pads on my stuff and my customers) usually purchased from a dealer. O. E. is the best (Original Equipment)

the best thing you can do is go to an autoparts store and purchase a haynes repair manual for your car. cost about $18, but will show you everything you need to know, with pictures.
