Question about 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty Super Cab
Water drain valve has somthing in it reaplace it on the back of the fuel filter housing. the new fuels that are ran today are hard on it.

Either it is a broken housing or you have a leak in the diaphram and the fuel is backing into the housing and coming out of the pump pivot pin hole.
If you are sure that the lines are not leaking, you will soon suffer in performance and loose fuel pressure altogether soon.
I would get a new one asap if the lines are not leaking.
