Take it in. do not try to find the electrical error yourself. I had the same problem with my front wipers and I took it in right away. it is an electrical error.

My inlaws' 2004 buick rendezvouz: the dash lights don't come on. Dealer says no dash lights were installed on that model. Chris

The dealer is blowing smoke up your tailpipe. I couldn't find a manual for the '04, but the '03 and '05 have identical controls for the dash lights, so it's a very good bet the the '04 is the same. Here's a link to the manual for the '05 -- you will find the dash light control on page 3-16.

P.S. You might want to print the page and confront the dealer with it . . .

Windshield wiper front and back windows have stopped working.

Check your fuses first and make sure they have not blown. If the fuses check out, your wiper motor may be bad. The transmission in the wiper motor may be out, causing it to slip. If that all checks out, it may be your actual wiper switch that needs replaced.
