The vacumm line is what makes it move try apply vacuum to it and make sure it does leak down. If it does replace it. If not check you blower air damper and make sure it is working properly. if not it may be bypassing some air over you ac coil instead.

Air conditioner is not cooling, it's blowing warm air. how to inspect what you need to do?

First thing is to check the compressor, start the vehicle, look and listen too see if the compressor clutch is coming on (clicking on and off).

If it is ....this could be a sign of just low on freon ?

If it is not....could still be low on freon or a blown fuse, a bad relay, bad compressor clutch, bad low pressure switch, bad high pressure switch, clogged a/c line ECT....

There is a lot more involved to A/C,s...

But I think this would be the fastest and easiest way to check out your a/c?

Sure hope this helps ??

Heater only blows cold air. I have replaced the thermostate and blown clean the heater core. also replaced a control switch ($280). Sick of getting ripped off.

When the van is warmed completely check the top radiator hose by squeezing it together. If you can squeeze it without any resistance replace the radiator cap. The coolant is not circulating properly and can keep the heater from working. If you cannot squeeze the hose together than you may have a bad water pump. The water pump has fins inside of its' case. Those fins may be rusted completely off to where the water cannot circulate. You can check the circulation by feeling the top and bottom hose coming off of the water pump to the radiator. Both those hoses should be the same temp. If not I would consider changing the water pump.

Is there some type of fuse on my 2003 Dodge Grand caravan that I may need to change if it isnt blowing warm air, when the heat is on?

Hello, if its not blowing hot air its probably either the thermostate is stuck open or your heater core is stopped up.

Engine not coming up to temp

I'd start with changing the thermostat. Be sure if you do it yourself you bleed the system properly after the installation, it is very important. If your going to do it, let us know if your not sure.

Heat blowing Cold when in drive. When in Park, it is warm

have you chg. any thing lately like thermostate? added any coolent to system? if not, thermostate could be stuck in the open position. if stuck open, setting still, it will throw heat, but moving coolent flows to fast and does not get a chance to get hot. if you did chg. thermostate it could have a air pocket in the system. and also adding coolent can create an air pockets too. you will know this when your traveling down the road and temp guage fluctuates up and down. witch means air in system.
