I have this same problem. But it started doing this after a night of -30 degree temps. I thought it needed a boost, but that didn't work either. Would the cold weather have a different outcome or still the fuel pump.

First you need to check for spark and if that is okay you need to check for fuel pressure/volume. sounds like a possible bad fuel pump. you can also try hitting the fuel tank with a rubber mallet while cranking. If the van then starts you need a new fuel pump

Possible internal starter problem. Try tapping on starter motor while key is held in crank position. If vehicle starts, suspect a starter motor problem and replacement will be required

Double check that you have 12VDC+ constant voltage at Red/black wire, as well as 12VDC+ when key on at Red/white wire .

Have a 1999 plymouth voyager that won't start. new fuel pump, new distributer, fuel in the vehicle. but the van will not start. it cranks and cranks just won't turn over. how sos i fix this?

could be fuel issue, spark issue, electronic issue. i would try starting fluid in intake and see if engine fires at all. could be fuel filter, bad coil, crank sensor, engine computer. I would try running the codes on engine and see what codes are present and see if that gives any idea of issue.

Three component that need to be available for the vehicle to start fuel (you need the right pressure) Spark the ignition must be able to ignite the sparkplugs, Air you need a proper ratio to maintain idle. You can be looking for a distributor, or a fuel pump

Just bought 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager and it ran good for about 50 miles then it cut off and now won't start. it trys to start and battery seems good.

Have you checked the fuel filter? It may not be getting fuel. Had an experience with this - vehicle was fine but shut it off and it wouldn't start. No problems before but the fuel filter went fast.

Turn signals stopped working now no power

I concur this is a power supply fault of some sort, insure your battery connections are maintained, meaning clean and good of contact, obtain a voltmeter and test the voltage at the battery contacts it should be about 12.5 or higher, turn the key on and try to start, noting the voltage, if it drops below 11 volts, there's your fault if not a poor ground from the battery and the frame of your vehicle may be faulty but boosting your vehicle from another sports battery fault

Assuming the problem is electrical, the next step would be to look at the belt/belt tension/belt tensioner.

Just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter in my 1997 P- Voyager

Fuel Pump relay, Fuel Pressure Regulator may be faulty. A relay can be tested with multi-tester, and a pressure tester for regulator.
