Where is the fuse box and the fuse for overhead interior light on 97 chevy blazer?

Trying to turn my interior dome light off so it doesnt drain the battery over night.

SOURCE: interior lighting stays on all the time on a 2001 Chevy Blazer

on your interior light switch (dimmer switch) just get in the vehicle close doors and turn the dimmer switch and that should do it

i agree with them, but you know when you open the door and thatgod damn buzzer goes off until you turn on the truck? how the hell do you shut that off?

Can anybody tell me for sure where the dome light relay is located in my 2005 blazer zr2

There's not likely a relay involved in a dome light circuit. Did this problem start after you changed the headlight switch? I would be looking for a wrong, shorted or swapped connection on the headlight switch (assuming that's where the dome light is turned on from).

I have a 1997 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3 engine dome lights will not go off even when car is running,when i loced doors with the automatic button light would come on and would only lock passenger door but w

there's a black box under neath the steering wheel behind the panel unplug it it worked for my blazer i had the same problem it took me 2 months to figure it out i changed all the dome light switched and the fuses so i unplugged the black box under the dash below the steering wheel and it works fine now

I would check the door jamb switches. The front door ones are mounted in the side of the dashboard.
