"no bus" = if the instrument cluster show this in the odometer area- the vehicle electrical communication is not functioning. There is either a short in the wiring or one of the modules is causing the communication no to work. You need someone who knows how to check out the wiring and possible has a diagnostic tool that can communicate with modules in the vehicle. If you can check the faults - that would be the best way to start-it might me the ignition switch module.

Wont Start and it's a new car

This is a generic warning light usually means water level or temp. This is not a "code" however and most likely has a code but would have to take it to a shop to retrieve the "code" to be sure what it really is. Check water level and oil level just to be sure before going to a shop.
Hope this helped.

Ps. dont forget to rate the solution. Thanks

Wont Start and it's brand new

I don't know if this helps but I was told that the symbol(!) means its time for oil change Mine did that too and when I changed oil it went off.

No Bus message

Have it towed to the dealership. DO NOT TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE. You just bought it let the dealership deal with it. It may just be a relay that is bad or the computer is malfunctioning and if that's the cause the car will not stop

Security problem

I had a similar problem. The car would start and then quit while driving or not start at all. I replaced the PCM with one from the junk yard and that fixed the problem. The clicking sound is the relays getting random messages from the PCM. Another tell tail sign is the odometer read out. Does it display "no bus" when the problem is occuring. Hope this helps.
