If no screw in center of handle, push in on door panel & look behind handle for a clip snapped into back of handle. They have a tool for removing if you can't get to it, which should be pretty cheap at auto parts store.

You have a broken window regulator. It looks similar to the picture below. The pplastic guides fro the cables break and cause the cables to just "pop" and "crunch" , but the window won't move. DORMAN makes aftermarket replacements for all of the doors in your vehicle. (they are all different) They are avilable at many parts distributors including CarQuest and AutoZone.
The Window Crank Is Held On By A Snap Ring Get A Flat Head Screw Driver And Push On The Door Panel. The Pushing Should Cause The Snap Ring To Be Easily Seen Push On One End And It Should Come Off. Hope This Helps. Also If You Google It They Say You Can Use A Rag But Ive Never Had Any Luck With It.
