Re: 1995 chevy blazer running bad shooting an EGR code,
Could be that the plugs are now gas fouled. i would try replacing plugs or holding the gas petal to the floor while cranking. just be careful not to over rev the engine should it start up. Also check to see if you left anything unplugged by mistake. good luck

Code 32 for a 95 Blazer with fuel injection means there is a problem in the EGR circuit. Most likely this is caused by carbon particles preventing the EGR valve to close. When servicing the EGR, use one of the new gaskets available with a screen installed. It will help prevent future clogs.
when a code is set for something it doesnt mean replace it, Egr system has an evr solonid that controlls the egr, There is rubber hoses that run between them some are plastic and break, Id have the hose checked and if its good replace evr solenoid
When you changed the egr valve did you clean out the carbon build up inside the intake? if not that could be the problem, if you did, than a peace of the carbon got stuck in the valve, either way your local auto parts store sells a screaned gasget for the egr valve to prevent peaces of carbon from the intake geating into the egr valve, same exact thing happend to me on my 95 blazer.
Replace the fuel filter and clean the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner. Just fallow the instrction to the MAF cleaner. The other thing to is the 1995 4.3 is know to have the EGR valve getting sluggish due to carbon build up. Remove the EGR valve and use Carb cleaner on it to remove the EGR valve and make sure it moves freely. Good luck and hope this helps.
P1406 is a EGR problem on the gm products, P1406 is a vent hose disconnect to the axle on the ford products. The PCM does not know where the EGRpintle is. This can cause poor running and bad idle. About the only thing that you can do is remove the EGR, clean it and carefully inspect the plug and connections on the valve its self. If that does not solve the problem then its time for a new one. Look at the wiring harness to the valve for crushed / cut wire also. It is possible to bench test the valve but it does require a good multimeter. Good luck and hope this helps. Use a carb cleaner to get the carbon out of the EGRvalve.
egr vlve itself will cause rough idling ,stalling, stumbles during accelaration, iwould take it off clean valve ports of carbon deposits, put it back on and see, egrs are exp.enough, and like ccn7 said sounds like tps problem, but usually they give a code
p0404 is egr flow range, remove and clean egr passage way, it maybe built up with carbon, p0101 remove and clean mass air flow sensor. you can buy the cleaner at any auto parts store. but be carefull of the inside of sensor, follow directions on can. this should help a lot!!
