You likely have a clogged AC condensation drain tube due to leaves or maybe a mouse nest. Remove the AC blower motor and clean the drain hole out at the bottom of the blower motor housing.

2001F-150. WHEN I CRANK IT IDLES UP REAL HIGH,SOMETIMES DIES,AND WHEN COMING TO A STOP SIGN IT SOMETIMES DIES,ALSO MY VENT CONTROL FROM THE DASH TO THE VENTS/FLOOR DOESN'T WORK,A VACUUME LEAK...

yes it can you need to find the leak. vacuum line also controls the fuel into the engine. also clean the idle vale and change the air filter. you can use some washing up liquid with some water in a spray bottle to find the leak if you cannot hear it. run engine and spray onto the vacuum lines when it starts to make bubbles there is the leak. sometimes if it is a bad leak it will suck up the water and leave a dry patch

A/c leaking water passenger floor

Usually a sign of a plugged drain tube.
The HVAC box has a tube that drains the water onto the ground.
The tube should be at the bottom of the firewall near the passenger floor.

Toyota Land Cruiser leaks water in at side back air vents. How can I fix the leak? Cheers

It isn'tleaking. The drain plug is closed off and it is draining inside the car.Check where the vent comes closest to teh floor and look for a drain tube going out the firewall.

Water leaks on to floor boards when it rains.

Does it just leak when you are driving or does it leak when parked as well? The reason I ask is if it leaks when parked, you can eliminate a floor pan leak, or a leak that gets water from the wheel slinging it up in the wheel well. These things can be a pain in the *** to find. If it is not obvious, like torn, worn or out of place weather stripping, then I usually take a pressurized hose to wet only one section at a time and narrow down the source of the leak. It could be the seal around your windshield, stripping around the door, or even water getting inside your door and somehow finding its way to floor by draining along the inside door panel. Good Luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful!

Water Leak in Passenger Side Floor Vent Area after car wash

Unless this happens in the rain as well, I would not worry about it. Likely in the car wash, far more water is coming in than the normal drain system can handle, therefore causing it to overflow. If you do have a drain obstruction, find the drain hose (small right angle hose on firewall passenger side) and roll it in your fingers to clear it.

1972 dodge dart water leak from outside vent into car

I've never had leaks can trough the hood vents on any of the many Darts that I have owned and I think that the inside of the vents is part of the actual body of the car with no real access from inside or out. I believe that, somewhere on the firewall in the engine compartment there is a little a little drainage outlet. Check that to make sure it is clear. I have seen A LOT of leaks from around the wiper shafts and through the edges of the windsheild, I have used clear silicone caulk with good results.
