You can sign up with Alldata, www/alldata.com for the diagrams- there may be a subscriber fee for limited use by a vehicle owner

Otherwise you can check in the reference section of your local public library and see if they have on the shelf "Mitchell's Domestic Car Repair Manual". They might need to transfer it from anther branch library if that one does not have it on the shelf. This manual is intended for the mechanics, so not every step is spelled out like the Haynes publications, which might worth taking a look at also. The mitchell's manuals will have the diagrams, and you can probably photocopy them right there at the library or if digital scanners are used instead, a digital file with the information. .

We do not have wiring diagrams for this car, they are copy protected by the manufacturer. If you wish the diagrams you can buy the used factory wiring diagram's booklet HERE for a reasonable price compared to new.

Do yourself a favor buy the factory manual, alldata is a yearly subscription and it costs about the same as the used factory diagram booklet

SOURCE: 96 Lincoln continental bank 1 sensor 1 which one

Bank 1 is always the side with the #1 spark plug, and in your case it is the right or passenger side, and it will be the first O2 sensor in the exhaust system either on the passenger side exhaust manifold itself, or it will be just after the passenger side exhaust manifold, and before the catalytic converter.

Need to know how to fix the windows in the stereo in my 1996 Lincoln Continental.all the fuses are fine, I don't know what to do next

None of the windows work ? You say fuses are good , which fuses ? Did you pull them all out an look at them ? Did you check for power - battery voltage at the window switches ? There is a driver door module involved !
  • Power Windows Completely Inoperative
  • Supply open or shorted.
  • Ground open.
  • Window regulator control switch inoperative.
  • Circuits open or shorted.
  • Window regulator electric drive inoperative.
  • Driver door module.
  • PERFORM driver door module self test. Service DTCs. If no DTCs are retrieved, GO to Pinpoint Test C .
If you don't know electrical circuit testing suggest you take to a AES certified repair shop ! If you plan to do this anyway your going to need a wiring diagram , wiring harness layout , volt ohm meter !

Can anyone offer the location of the PCM Power Relay on a 1995 Lincoln Continental?

High current fuses are circuit protectors that are part of the wiring harness for some electrical equipment. These, like fuses, open when the circuit load exceeds their amperage rating. High current fuses may be purchased from your Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer.
The high current fuse panel is located in the engine compartment on the left-hand fender apron.

IMPORTANT
Ford recommends that high current fuses be replaced by a qualified technician.

Check Position 20, 10AMP for PCM KAPWR (underhood )

This and other details can find in this link for Lincoln Continental - Owners Manual (page 274 and next)

Hope this helps (remember rated and comment this).

96 Continental radio, no audio

I have the SAME EXACT problem. I thought it was the radio - bought another - went to change the units - heard an electrical arc - now the car cranks but doesn't start and the new radio doesn't work either!!! (not that it matters anyway)
Is there an electrical problem with '96 Lincoln's. Where should I start to diagnose the non-starting issue?
