If all the bulbs and fuses are in good condition, the fault lies in the BCM. This is the unit that encases all the fuses and acts as the internal relay centre for the interiors functions and exterior lighting. This is not uncommon for all Chrysler products. Look in your area at local salvage/auto recycling yards for this component. Make sure that ALL numbers match. If you get one with a different number somethings may not work or may not work properly. Let me know what you find.

Air condition and fan dont work

If all fuses are ok then check wiring to fan and compressor both, if wiring is also ok and current is passed till the terminals then you have two problems, one the magnet forming coil on the compressor head is burnt, you have to replace or get it repaired. second your fan itself needs checking.

Air conditioning/heat/defroster controls do not work

I think u r right. this is a problem that most certainly requires a skilled technician to solve If u dont know of anyone who is good at this problem that leaves only the dealer and of course they are going to sockit to you. get an estimate.. it might be a good idea to check all your fuses first. then look under the hood for any loose vacum lines. dont forget your fuses under the hood usually in a plastic box.

The airbag light blinks after starting

I bet you have a ground wire loose or relay gone bad. One little thing will throw off your whole vehicle. I would check the relays, fuses and ground wires. But it is definitely electrical and hope its not BCM

Check all fuses in box and in engine bay. Then check relays and grounds.

Fuse blows when air conditioner is turned on

there is a loose ground and or wrong size fuses for the air
if loose ground you will want to have a certified mechanic trace the grounds back to source
i dont think it could be relay but there is a way to check this
find the relay panel in the engine compartment open it
find the relay that says air conditioning
pull it out
now there are numbers on that relay
in that same relay box theres relays about 6 to 8 of them that look similar to the air conditioning relay
this is where the numbers come in if the numbers match switch with other relays
mark the air conditioning relay with black marker or nail polish so you know which relay is which
if its the relay thats bad the new relay from the relay box put in its place will work fine
put the old one back in the slot where you took out the other relay out of and then proceed to dealer to purchase new relay for your vehicle if the relay was the problem
