Question about GMC Yukon XL
I was driving down the road yesterday and my truck just died. I put it in gear and tried to restart it and it made a loud noise and would not start. I coasted to the side of the road and let it sit for a minute and it restarted. A few days earlier I was in a parking lot and it died right after I backed out of my space but it restarted.
Sounds like a fuel pump issue. Confirm readings with a fuel pump gauge. Post the psi readings so I can see them. I'm away from my reference material right now, but I think there is either a TSB or a recall out on the problem you are describing. Check with a dealer to be sure. Have the dealer run yourVIN to see if you're part of the recall or TSB.
