I am sure you have checked the battery, if so & good, look at the starter solenoid, on the large battery stud there might be two wires, one is the battery cable, the other is the power feed to the car, if you have this wire they have a fusable link inline, follow the wire and verify you have power on both sides on the link. This will get you started.

87 camaro cleand maf now wont turn over at all

There is probably something else going on - a malfunctioning MAF should not immobilize the engine, but trying to clean it is a bad idea as it is very sensitive to failure with the wrong cleaning procedure. Check the power at the starting motor solenoid with the ignition in start position - if missing, check fuses, and wiring back to the ignition switch, and the switch itself.

I need to find the fuel filter on my 87 ltd. The car will turn over but wont start. seems like it could either be the fuel filter or fuel pump. T

you can spray WD40 into the intake and if acts like it wants to start then you can disconnect the fuel line right before the fuel filter which is located on the drivers side under the car against the frame, and see if the pump is pumping if it is then on the other side of the filter disconnect and see if fuel is pumping, if it is then at the engine. hope this helped tim

Fuel pressure? Do you hear the fuel pump running? Read the codes to see if ECM is still alive. Do you have spark at the plugs? Remember all motors need 3 things to run air, fuel, and fire at the right time.
