More than likely your back brakes are bad. Some drum brakes (The stock brakes are like this if you've never replaced them) only use a glue to hold the pads in. Sometimes this glue weakens and the pad will fall off locking up your back wheels. Atleas this is what happened to me. Check your rear brakes and see if they're still in good condition.

My 2005 dodge neon's battery won't hold a charge, lights flicker and dim and on the dashboard the word fuse flashes, what is going on?

Could be a bad battery but I suspect your battery cable is either loose or corroded or dirty. Before you pull the battery disconnect your battery cables and clean them both ends and when you put them back on make sure you have good connections and tighten good.If that does not work pull your battery and get it tested at a battery out let . they should do that for free.

My 2005 dodge neon, break light goes on when i accelorate, this happened two weeks ago and my cable snapped and froze up the back what?

You have anti-lock brakes which apply brake pressure to each wheel keep the wheels from locking up. That system can also apply pressure to a wheel in error.
I would have the ABS system checked out including the computer for trouble codes.

2005 Dodge neon front passenger tire keeps going flat. Have replaced the tire twice with no luck. At first it was a slow leak, but now it goes flat about every 2-3 days. What would cause this?

It's very possible the rim has a slight bend in it, causing an imperfect bead and a slow leak. Only ways to loose air in a tire are:
  1. Loose valve stem
  2. Bad bead (contact between the tire and rim)
  3. A leak in the tire itself due to a puncture

I have a 2005 Dodge neon that seems to retain water in trunk area where spare tire is located. why is this?

I can tell you why....because it does this in my stratus!!!!

The trunk lid hinges are letting water into your trunk. All the water pools up in and under the spare, the trunk carpet is wet.....more than likely the driver's side of the trunk....pull that trunk carpet back from where that trunk hinge is mounted to the body, reach under there and feel all the water dripping in!

The fix? Unbolt those hinges and put silicone sealant around those bolts and mounts.....that'll take care of that crummy leak.....DODGES!!!!!

sounds like if it keeps blowing the fuse you have a short somewhere. I had similar problem and the short ended up frying my main computer before I finally found it

What is the proper sequence for rotating tires?

My understanding is that with radial tires that are in use today, you should rotate front to back on same side. Not side to side.
