Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
Where is the draincock on a '99 Ford Taurus located?
I was told it didn't have one but my husband did find it. You have to remove the mud guard located under the radiator and it will be on the drivers side of the radiator.

It's easier to remove the small hose on the bottom going into the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator...don't bother removing the mud cover....

If you are talking about the drain plug it is located at the driver side of the radiator on US models or just look for the plastic wing-bolt witch looks like a wing-nut at the bottom of the radiator

If you are refering to the radiator draincock, most cars no longer have them as we use the same 50/50 mixture winter and summer and a lot of garages now clean and recycle the antifreeze back into the same car.
