Re: found a 4 inch x 2 inch piece of curbed metal under...
You shouldn't have anything to worry about i mean i cant tell you 100 percent without seeing a picture of that metal but im pretty sure its just a piece of the rocker panel and that is the sides of the cars but underneath and they make little pieces of metal like that under there so you can jack the car up and it be stronger and not be directly on the paint.... Has your car ever hit a tall curb in a parking lot while parking ?? That's probably what happened your car is ok to drive just cosmetically scratched on the undercarriage don't bother to pay to fix it as there is no need and u are wasting your hard earned money
The radio has 4 little holes in it, 1 in each corner or that area... Take a old hanger and cut it into 4, 5 inch pieces. Take these pieces of hanger and stick them into each of the 4 holes about 2 inches. This will disengauge the clips that hold the radio. Gently pry out the radio and there you go. Hope this is what your asking to do.
the heater core in ur vehicle sounds to be restricted and needs replaced, but there is a bypass hose that runs from one of the heater hoses to the other that can pe pinched off to increase heater flow, and it does sound like you need an alignment, but usually when u have a steering issue it is related to a worn out steering or suspension component or a bent steering or suspension component (hitting curbs or pot holes and such)
