Its a 1.8 non-turbo. Checked the Fuel return line and its still getting fuel. We also replaced plugs and wires. The car tries 2 start but wont crank all the way over. Can someone help me out or give me a link for this? Thanks alot for your help.......
Also just a side note umm what kind of shape is your tranny in i know it sounds dumb but ive seen more wierd things happend put it in neutral then try to turn it over
Also, found out it could be the computer. My 1990 GS would try to start all day, but it wouldn't actually crank. When I got a actual mechanic to come look at it, we had already replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs, and plug wires. NO luck. So we took it to his house, and he found out the computer went bad. 300 bucks for a new one. Bought the car for 500 cause it wouldnt start.

my eclipse wont start and i already changed the starter and got a new battery. When I try to turn it on it will begin to start but never does fully start.
so wait hold on the crank wont make a full rotation? man i hate to tell u this but thats really not good have you checked your timing belt or maybe broke a timing belt because ummm that ussually means that your pistons are hitting something get a really big break over bar and a socket on the harmonic balance bolt (the big bolt in the middle of your crank pulley) and pull out your spark plugs then see if you can turn it over manually then post the results oh and sorry if this post sounds insulting i dont mean it like that its just alot of ppl dont know what im talking about most of the time so i use () alot to simplify
