I think you are looking for the fans resistor pack. It is usually in the blower fan housing need the blower motor and has a 4 or 5 wire plug on it. Be carefully it gets very hot when in use.
Might be the Resistor pack located close to the blower. Could be under the dash or under the hood, but always close to the blower itself. Usually has a flat connector with 4 or 5 wires, and two small screws holding in the duct. It may be a crispy critter. It happens... The blower moves air across it to keep it cool. The blower motor may be bad as well, or possibly the fan speed switch. May very well be the fuse for the blower as well. The blower connector may be loose. Let me know what you find.
Don't know how the ABS light would be related to the blower motor, you said you checked everything - did you check the blower motor circuit for power and ground with a meter or a test light ? Is the resistor getting power from the relay ?
You will need to replace your speed sensor switch located beside blower motor 2inch by 1inch single plug if you had a replacement in hand you could better identify it.
Blower motor problem may resistor, have seen resistor and connector burnt. Resistor is located under dash on right side on heater case, check for damage.Radiator fan has 2 relays, high and low and also has a resistor,I would start with these items. Make sure fuses are ok.
Click on the link for part of wiring diagram for your blower motor. The speed control is on ground side of blower motor. At the moment, I suspect a resistor problem. Replace resistor pack or do some testing, to verify.
