A/C only works on highest setting. How do I fix it?

Could be a bad connection at one of the fuses, or a coincidence and has nothing to do with the fuses. It could be the blower motor, resistor, or a connection somewhere.
You would need to check the blower fuse for power with a meter and then the blower motor when it fails to run.

change the fan speed condensor and the problem will go away

Neither probably.
There should be a high speed relay that powers the blower on high only.

Heater only works on highest setting. . .sometime rear blower works then not....

The fan switch sounds bad. At first, settings 1 & 2 on mine did not work, then 3 went out too. I replaced the switch and fixed the problem. Two screws on the outer lower portion hold the center console bezel in. Then two screws hold the heat control panel.

Heat / AC only come on when blower is set to highest setting (4)

Not exactly sure if it's an easy fix without looking at it , but is seem to be the switch is going out, usually have to take dash trim off to expose the bolts to get the switch housing out. Then the switch will come off from the back side , and you'll have to unplug the wireing plug from it, to replace it.

Your blower motor resistor has gone bad. Everytime these go out (definitely happens a lot on Jeep) you will lose every speed except for the highest one. Replace your resistor and you will be back to new. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

Sounds like your freon has leaked out and your heater blower resistor is burned out. Deffinitly take this to the dealer.

Fan speed switch only works on #5

Call your local GMC Dealer and see if they have the climate control panel in stock. What happens is the circuit board on the back of the panel shorts out. The panel comes as an assembly and is very easy to replace. Don't go with a wrecking yard piece. I made that mistake once and it didn't work either. I got one from the Chevy dealer and it worked perfectly.

There is a blower motor resistor in the heater box that is causing your issue.
