Question about 1996 Cadillac DeVille
Sounds like a fuel delivery concern. Check fuel presssure at the injectors or fuel rail if possible (or any other point access), first. Also, Check fuel quality (if you have a kit to do so). You are loooking for ethonal levels not to be too high. The fuel quality these days is terrible and they are mixing in a lot more ethenal as a filler. You may need a fuel pump.
