Question about 2002 Kia Optima
I have a 1997 chevy lumina that has 114,000 miles on it. I was driving it home last night when it was hesitant in getting up to speed. I thought I may have ran out of gas so I went to fill it up and when I did, it refuses to turn over. It sounds like it wants to, but it won't. I thought it might be the alternator but didn't know if an alternator would cause a car to hesitate to get up to speed.
Start your engine just a little of gas take a multi meter and hold is on the batt. wenn the motor runs is should be about 13 14.5 Volts any higer your voltage controller died on you or much lower your alternator is broken, it can cause this trouble because will driving your batt voltage gets low and your injection starts acting weird.
