1. Turn the ignition key to the on position.
2. Press the time button until the hour starts to flash.
3. Turn the tune dial until the hour is set.
4. Press the tune button this will make the minutes flash
5. Turn the tune dial until the minutes are correct.
Radio off.Push the set button and then before the set light goes off use the seek and scan buttons to change the hour and minutes.If this is a factory radio.This is how you change the time.Hope this helps.Good luck.
What engine do you have? If it wont start, you cant check the timing. What makes you think the timing is off? If your car doesnt have a distributor, you cant adjust the timing. If it wont start you need to figure out if it has spark, fuel, and compression, one is missing.
What motor and year? If it is the Ej 25 DOHC all the marks are on the cam sprockets except the crank is marked in the block almost straight up, Just a small notch. Good luck and hope this helps. Have a good day.
timing marks are small dots on the crank and cam they must face eachother top on is at 6 oclock the bottom is at twelve use a can of brake clean and clean the cam and crank if you still cant find it pull your number one spark plug make sure the piston is up and you roter is facing the number one plug wire they lookn for your mark
