Their are no free on line shop manuals. You may go to the local Library and look things up for free on their manuals, or go to car sites and get only generic repair adcvice.

You'll need to remove the serpintine belt, once removed you'll need to take the pulley from the water pump, I believe three bolts, 10MM. After this is removed you'll be able to see the bolts holding the pump in place. I believe there are 5 or 6 of them, if my memory serves they are 8MM.
Have you checked the fuel pump relay under the hood and the fuel pump fuse in the dash?It can't hurt to rule those out first,right?
The fuse and relat diagrams , should be in the owners manual.
