Thank you for your service. There is a webside 60 degree v6 dot com. Try a search there. They have all of the torque specs for the 3400 the rockers torque to 14 foot pounds on those but they are aluminum. Are the rockers currently installed and you want to tear engine down? Measure the current torque. If it breaks, install a helicoil

Oil in anti-freeze

That is not a good sign. These are a few ways this can happen. Bad head gasket, bad intake manifold gasket, cracked or warped head, or a cracked engine block. If the intake manifold gasket hasn't been replaced yet, have it checked for leaks. The 3100 and 3400 V6 engines are prone for intake gasket failure.

- Heater bypass pipe. Torque the screw at the water pump to 106 inch lbs. (12 Nm), the bolt at the cylinder head corner to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm) and the nut to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).

Where is the head gasket in a 1990 buick skylark and how do you knopw if its bad?

Gasket is between cylinder head and engine block. If u have oil in the coolant or vice versa, or overheating then u most likely have a bad head gasket

89 inch pounds then 30 degrees. make sure the push rods get put back in same place they came out they are different lengths. If you ever do another one of these buy the tool for the rocker arms and you will not have to remove them or the rear valve cover. please rate
