Question about 2001 Suzuki Swift
I have a 03 Suzuki alto and the yellow engine management light is always on, As it xmas shutdown non of the garages are open, is it therefore still safe for me to drive around in the car, and secondly can you please explain to me what this problem is and what it entails, how it's happened and what not. Many thanks
Hello! I've been away myself for the Festivities and havn't logged into my FixYa desk. The management light shows many faults some of which are minor i.e. service interval others could be serious but from the small description you have left it appears that if the vehicle is performing well and no serious problems also all fluid levels are correct then you should be fine for local driving.
You need a Technician to plug in a OBDII diagnostic reader to look at the fault messages logged in the (Brain/Computer) of your Vehicle. (This doesn't have to be Suzuki) It should be a qualified Technician.
Have a Happy New Year!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
