Actually i tried it again this morning and it doesnt say error....it flashes "busy". you can still operate the radio and change the station but you cant see what station youre on because the flashing "busy" stays on the screen. Still think its the stacker?

The stacker in your car is damaged
when the car was in the accident it may have broken a clip or a CD may have jammed a clip
all i can say is that for this to happen the car must have been in a front or rear collision and it must have been hard
you can try to fix it altho i don't like your luck
but then again it may just be a CD stuck somewhere

some this may have slipped off its stacks
what you may be able to do is go on a corrugated dirt road and see if it unstuck and thing
other then that i would say you are bast replace it as they have so many different parts ans springs it is hard to keep track of what goes where
trust me lol i can never put one back together

We can't get the factory 6 disc cd player to load more than 1 disc. What is the sequence for loading additional discs?

The following is the owner's manual for your 2004 Dodge Neon:

http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html?year=2004&nameplate=Neon

P.99 describes how to load discs:

1. Select and press any numbered button without an illuminated light above it.
2. Insert the CD while the light above the chosen button is flashing and the two lights on either side of the slot are illuminated.
3. Upon insertion, the CD will begin to play, and both the button light and the lights in the corner of the loading slot will illuminate.
4. Repeat the process for loading any additional CDs. The CD playe rwill stop while additional CDs are loaded.

Playing Discs
The radio will show the CD number, the CD track number, and the Track Time Elapsed while the radio is in the CD mode. IF more than one CD is loaded in the changer, the changer will automatically play the next disc after playing the last track of the current disc.

Wow, that's a lot of typing.
I didn't know the 2004 Dodge Neon had such a nice changer.
Good luck.

CD ERR 1

Have a 2005 Freelander and the battery died. When I re-charged the battery, the CD changer had a CD ERR 1 message. Could not eject or load a CD and the radio worked. I turned off the radio and pulled off the cover on top of the CD changer. I removed the two screws that hold the frame around the CD changer. I turned the CD back on and the CD went through a test on each CD. I know this solution might not work for everyone, but it worked for me

Did you change the battery ? If so try disonnecting and reconnecting the CD changer.

CD player (6 disc changer) "locked up"

Take it to the dealership, your G35 should have a 4 year bumper to bumper on it. They'll replace the radio under warranty most likely.
