Has it been in the snow lately and has all the snow been cleared from around the tires, wheel wells? If not, get a car wash. Also, it might be the balancing of the tires needs to be checked.

2002 grand prix front tires are wearing out on the inside tread ?

It could be either the ball joints or the tie rod ends are worn out. With it being a front wheel drive car also check your drive axles. Make sure that the axle boots are not torn or cracked which if they are cracked or torn replace them and repack the cv joints.

My 1998 Pontiac Grand prix turns right with no problem, however turning left is as if there is no power steering what so ever, the fluid was low and I need to know what has to be done.

Hello, There are some products which as additives will renew the seals if they are dry. You need someone to look under your car to try to determine where the leak is coming from.
There is a part called a "Rack and Pinion" which has the moving pistons that push the front wheels to turn. Sometimes the seals on the ends of this device wear out. Or you could just have a loose clamp on the power steering hose. Keep monitoring your fluid level as the pump will fail without adequate fluid.

This would be a part that a front-end alignment shop would inspect to do a front-end alignment.

Can you give me the rear wheel camber spec for a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix, GT? I am replacing the springs and would like to check & adjust (if necessary) the camber when done.

the only way you can adjust camber is special bolts. you will need a 4 wheel alignment anyhow when you are done and the alignment shop will adjust it, if needed.
