Question about 1992 Chrysler Lebaron
1992 chrysler lebaron conv 6cyl 3.0 the head lamps will not go on as well as the heater only works coming out of the vents other than the defroster vent. I have already checked the fuses and relays and have checked to make sure that nothing is blocking the vents as well as checking the blower motor. As for the lights I have checked and replaced all fuses and I have replaced both bulbs there is power going to the fuse and to the headlamp switch.
For the defroster only problem, check your vacuum lines. There are even lines under the dash. The switch the controls all that is run on a vacuum. It sounds like you have a head gasket leak. If the leak is big enough, you will lose vacuum pressure. The blower defaults to defrost vents when the vacuum is not strong enough. I had a leak in a vacuum line, causing the blower to switch to defrost, no matter what it was set to.
