I recommend that you get the car and back it up on ramps this will require the help of two people and go to Walmart, Auto Zone or Napa and get you a can of PB Blast and spray on the bolts and track also look to see if there is a hole in the rear bumper close to the plate where you stick the black handle in there and turn till the tire comes down and after this is done get you a jar of Anti-seize to put on the bolts and the track before putting the tire back up there
