For a petrol vehicle, this is often how electrical faults start within the spark coil. This usually improves when the engine warms up and drives out moisture. Sometimes a new set of leads solves it.
I presume the oil and filter changes have been done regularly, and that you are using a quality oil. If not, it would be a good idea to use a quality oil to prevent starting probs.
Another fault may lie within the ECU. Someimes it forgets settings, so has to re-learn each time you start up. This will sound like a bag of bolts, then get gradually better after a few seconds. Olny to do the same again next time.
If this is the fault - get the ECU checked for loss of memory.

I'm not sure, but sounds like a linkage problem. Take off what ever is in the way of seeing the linkage to the throttle, have some one start it, then rev it and see what unbinds, or does not go back exactly. Must be mechanical and not electronic.

Runs fine then it trys to die and runs very ruff acts like its starving for fuel changed fuel filter and still does it ?

Check the fuel pump pressure.
Also; when you use gas with ethanol, it attracts humidity that can turn into water during storage.
The answer is premium fuel.

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I stop at a light engine revs up and feels like it is trying to push the car. Then the car dies.It will start back and run fine after that.

Could be a sticking idle air control valve, or dirty throttle body.
The computer uses the valve to control idle speed by regulating the amount of air into the intake.

TRY THE FUEL FILTER FIRST IF THE FUEL PUMP WAS GOING BAD IT WOULD STALL AS YOU PUSH ON THE GAS PEDDLE AND PUMPING THE PEDDLE WOULD NOT HELP FUEL INJECTION AND PUMPING THE GAS WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON THE RUNNING OF THE VEHICAL

Starts just fine but dies at idle. will keep running when stepp[ng on gas pedal

if the car runs fine at high revs, I suggest just turning the idle revs up 150ish, it could be a block cat converter, or restricted airflow making it die. but quick fix turn revs up 150rpm will do no harm and if it dies at higher revs, take it 2 the garage to see if they can find the thing.

1993 Mecury Capri Timing Belt? Fuel Injectors?

If the car was running great and then all of a sudden it started this problem and you did not change the timing belt. Then I would say its not your timing belt. Once a timing belt is on its stays timed until it breaks, unless it looses a tooth on the belt and at that point it would run really ruff all the time or not at all. If it cranks well and idles with a small skip but when you add gas it get worse. I would look at your fuel injectors and spark plugs and wires. start simple and work towards the big stuff. most of the time its simple like plugs and wires or gummed up injectors. Run some good injector cleaner as well. Hope this helps
