Try using a scan tool to reset the ECM
having a battery disconnect for any length of time can corrupt the CPU program in the ECM

SOURCE: renault clio 1.2 extreme problems

hi, i have the same problem regarding the throttle body, and cutting out every time i stopped. I recently discovered were the throttle body was hidden in the engine. I removed it and cleaned it thoroughly, noticing a large build up of dirt and carbon which was preventing the car from breathing properly. i put the engine back together and cleared fault codes and the car has been running fine for nearly two weeks now. This may not be a permanent fix but it does help the people who like me couldnt afford the new throttle body. Any questions please dont hesitate to ask.

Hope it Helps

SOURCE: my battery wont keep its charge or charge properly ive tested the

Go to an auto parts store and buy a load tester for the battery. It doesn't cost much and sometimes if you bring the battery there they will test it for you with a load tester. It may have a dead cell which won't allow it to hold a charge or put out enough power. If you need a battery, some shops will install them for free. Good luck.

A car symbol with a key in the centre keeps flashing on the dash when the engine is turned off on my nissan rogue 2014

This light usually refers to the vehicle's Immobiliser System. Has this light just started to come on recently? Some Nissan models normally have this light flash when you walk away from the vehicle to show that the Immobiliser is active and working correctly while you are away from the vehicle.
If this light stays on when you try to start the vehicle it usually means the security system (the immobiliser) isn't recognising the key you are using. Are you having problems starting the vehicle?
If this is something it has just started doing try this simple fix first. Change the battery in the key fob for a good quality new one. An old battery can sometimes give a weak signal which the security system cannot read correctly and assumes it's an attempt to steal the vehicle.
Is the vehicle's battery in good condition and fully charged? Have you disconnected the battery recently? Some immobiliser systems need to be reset if the battery is removed for long periods.

I have a ford mondeo lx battery died so fully charged it and now car will not start at all it saying on the raidio vehicle id how do I get this id thanks

Try using a scanner to reset the ECM for the engine start problem ( immobiliser program corrupted). it may reset the radio but I suspect that you will need a radio code to get it to work.

The van wont start, no lights on dash except for the seatbelt and open door light. when you turn the key it makes a click in the dash. the battery is fully charged and the terminals are tight.

How do you know the battery is good, fully charged may not be the case if the battery has a failed internal post connection. Have the battery load tested at a shop or a parts store.

Can i replace a 40 amp fuse with a 45 amp fuse in a nissan micra

No its never better to use a higher amp fuse because the system was designed to use a 40 amp fues.If you put a 45 in it, It will subject the system to 45 amps which it was'nt made for.
