The airbag has two horn switches in it. I had to remove the airbag, this is a very hazardous job. Alll the yellow connectors have to be removed, there is one on the steering colum. Also remove the ground wire at the battery. After you remove the airbag there is a wire that goes from the steering colum to the horn switches in the airbag, I removed this and left the horn inop. As an aside the reason I did this was because someone had disconnected the horns because the switches in the airbag were shorted and this energises the horn relay draining the battery, so disconnecting the horns by removing the horn wires is a temporary solution because the relay will drain the battery in 1 to 2 days. A used but good airbag costs about $200 a new one about $600

How can I remove the horn relay from a 1995 buick lesabre

I believe it is the fourth relay from the left passenger side in the engine compartment against the firewall. I am assuming your horn intermittently goes off by itself. It's a interior heat related issue. The horn pad cover on the steering wheel has a membrane layer. It's basically a switch that has one wire that goes to the horn relay to activate the horn. The Buick GM logo embossed on this plastic cover is where I found it most sensitive to any light touch. Unhook the battery. If you carefully cut the right edge of the the steering wheel horn pad and carefully pry it out a little, it will fix this issue and still be able to use the horn. It's another GM defect. I hope this helps! Let me know.

My horn keeps going off in the middle of the night and wont stop until you hit the horn several times and then will wait a little while and go off again

Just voluntarily fire the alarm off yourself each nite before you go to bed. Just hit the horn alarm button and let it blow once and hit it again to stop it. If you do this each nite it won't go off in the middle of the nite.
