You definitely have something loose behind that dashboard or a wire is shorting out of an on.
Time to remove it if you know how and check all connections.
If no know how. Time to see a competent electro mechanic.
But remember shorts are time consuming to find. Did you or anyone installed and alarm or one of those remote engine starting systems? If yes, then is installed wrong.
