Question about Chevrolet Suburban 1500
First: How old is your battery--more than 3 years old to 5?. Is it the type where you add water to the cells, Take off caps and see if there is any water in them. If no water add distilled water to each cell up to the split ring. Check to make sure your battery connections are clean and free of corrosion. If all that is within limits then you..........Probably need a new one.
If the battery is OK, have the output voltage check for the alternator. It should be around 13 - 14 volts being put out. If no good replace the alternator. Hope this helps.
