You can not hear it come on when the car starts. It was replaced about 6 mths ago. What would we need to check and is there a fuse or something? Where would the relay be located?

It is a pickup not a blazer

So the vech starts? you should be able to hear the pump running when you trun the key to the run postion. remove the gas cap place a peice of hose down the fill neck turn the key to the run postion , remeber the pump will only for 10 to 12 seconds, the pump will not run all the time until the vech starts. on the fire wall off this vech there is a 20amp fuse for the fuel pump the relay is there also . there is also red wire that has a female spade connection on it also. you can take a fused jump wire from the battery to this connection 20 amp fuse and power up the fuel pump. if the pump still dose not work warrntey the pump. good luck kdc744

What would cause a 1991 s10 to not start back up

Replace the fuel filter, could be dirty fuel injectors.Check air filter. Also could be a clogged catalytic converter. Bad Fuel pump relay.Your fuel lines could be clogged, blow them out with a air compressor.Maybe try blowing it out first, cost nothing and may be the problem.

Engine cut out

Sounds like you may have fuel filter problem. you may want to check the pump and filters located in or near the fuel tank.
Go directly to the source ( Fuel Tank, Pump, Filters, Fuel Pressure Regulator and Injectors )
You may have water or grit in the fuel
Hope this helps

it could need a fuel injector cleaning or replacement if an injector has a problem.check the air filter as i`v seen them so plugged to cause this type of problem.there could also be a problem with the throttle position sensor(tps)not sensing the proper voltage increase when moving the throttle.i guess you installed a new fuel pump not a used pump but sometimes even a new pump is defective and the fuel pressure and volume should be checked.it`s also possible the catalytic converter is plugging up and needs to have the exhaust back pressure checked.at idle the pressure should be less than 1lb pressure and at 2,000 rpm`s should be less then 2.how dirty was the filter when it was replaced it could need changing again if there is alot of dirt in the fuel system.

Injectors s10 1991 .the injectors wont spray they have electricyty on the wire on the injectors fuelpomp works have fuel in line .its just the injectors wont sent inpuls.

So your saying fuel pump giving you pressure but ALL injectors are not firing. IF ALL INJECTORS ARE NOT FIRING AND FUEL PUMP IS A-OK THEN ECU IS THE PROBLEM.
However, if a few are not firing then its probably those injectors.

My husband said his 2000 Chevy S10 would sputter and stall continuously. Just happened yesterday. Took it to Pep Boys. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel injector. He has a 4 cyclinder manual transmission....

I had the same problem with my 1992 S10 Pick Up. Found the problem to be with the fuel pump. Replaced the fuel pump and it ran like a charm.
The fuel pump is located in the gas tank.

The oil pressure sender is a good idea.It sounds like you know what your talking about have you tried spraying a little starting fluid in the throttle body to see if it will start?do you have an injection pulse tester you will need one.if you have no injector pulse but of have spark suspect a bad quad driver in the computer.or possible oil sending unit but this usally just shuts down the pump.Good luck let me know.

Dodge cummins won't start, fuel reaching injector pump but no fuel coming out of injector pump.

You said you have fuel flowing from the inlet line of the injection pump? But not at the injector lines?
